1. Free delivery--No extra or hidden charges to get your materials to you anywhere in the local delivery area. And as long as you let us know where the materials are going in advance, we can even deliver it out of our delivery area, many times at no additional charge. Oh yeah, we'll do everything we can to get it to you when you need it! We know it's frustrating to get put out two weeks because the truck doesn't run your way that day.
2. Free materials lists from your plans--Yes, other companies do this, but the accuracy many times is questionable and good luck on when you get the quote! We will give you an accurate materials list quicker most times than any other supply company. Free. If you've already gotten a list somewhere else, give us a chance to give you better pricing!
3. Free on site remodeling measurements/materials list take offs--That's right! If you've got a remodeling project with no plans, call us and we'll go to your jobsite, help you measure, help you estimate, tell you what we think you'll need, and give you a materials list with pricing.
4. Free networking--Got a specific technical question on how to do something on your project? We've got many people we've worked with over the years including contractors, architects, project superintendents, and specialty contractors. If we don't know the answer, we can sure find someone who can get even the most difficult technical question answered for you.
5. Free referral program--Are you a contractor and want more work? We will put you on our referral list as long as you are a current licensed contractor with the Oregon CCB, are in good standing with a current, active account with our company, and have no major pitfalls on your CCB license or customer record. Are you a customer who needs a good subcontractor or just some help? Ask us, and we'll pass your name along.
5. Free Glass/Mirror Cutting--Purchasing glass or mirror from us on your house package? We'll cut it for you at no additional charge to help you out. We can also cut lumber at times if you need a little help on a project.
